Combine Fire near Ivesdale, Illinois

Tom Kirwan was combining near Ivesdale, Illinois when his alarms went off on his combine indicating a fire in his combine.

It took firefighters from six different fire departments to put out a field fire in rural Ivesdale on Tuesday afternoon.

Ivesdale Fire Chief Jim Brewer said firefighters were called to a fire along County Road 300N at about 175E at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.
